You are a startup but want to cut costs and get help, then incubators are the solution for you. They will give you office space with business essentials, mentorshop, workshops, sometimes accounting and administrative services. They are usually free but expect that your business creates jobs, gets funded, or impacts the economy in someway to meet their KPIs.

They offer a great incubation program but usually for startups they invested in or have graduated from Umm al Qura University. Located: Makkah

Backed by Aramco, they offer basic incubation services usually for KFUPM program graduates or startups they invested in. Located: Dammam

Backed by Imam Saud University, they seem to be a bit active, but mostly for university graduates. Located: Riyadh

Backed by Al-Ahsa chamber of commerce, they seem like a simple incubator offering space and support. Located: Alahsa

Backed by University of Taibah, mostly for university graduates and researchers. Located: AlMadina

One of the first incubators, focused on business related to manufacturing. Located: Jubail

The only social entrepreneurship incubator, focused on supporting the social entrepreneurship ecosystem. Located: Riyadh

Innovation Energy

A new incubator backed by Saudi Electricity Company, Focused on businesses related to energy. Located: Riyadh

KAUST

Backed by KAUST, as a student there, you get access to the incubator & technology space. Located: KAEC

Holol Incubator

New incubator run by a private company with many different programs to support entrepreneurs. Located: Dammam

PSFW

Prince Sultan Fund runs its incubator. I don't have much information but seems it supports women startup. Located: Riyadh

Backed by University of King Saud University, mostly for university graduates and researchers. Located: Riyadh
